Cement Modifier (Primer)

Pentens T-007, 100% acrylic cement modifier is based on a proven 100% acrylic polymer design to improve the chemical, corrosion, moisture and salt resistance of cement renders. It is superior to more common PVA and SBR based modifiers because of its superior durability and resistance to hydrolysis. It has been specifically formulated for use in highly alkaline cement environments. Cement mortars based on Pentens T-007 will adhere to a wide range of materials such as metals, timber, insulation foams as well as new and old concrete.

Not only used as the waterproofing primer, but also used as an additive in cement mortars, renders, patching / repair work, GRC panels, and waterproof cementitious coatings.

Bitumous PU membrane for Pools, Ponds, Balconies

PENTENS T-100 is a specially produced PU bituminous waterproofing compound for use on both internal and external surfaces. It will bond perfectly to almost any surface such as concrete, masonry, metal and timber. It may be applied to new or existing structures, and will bond to a damp surface. It can also be mixed with sand, to form a mortar of any desired consistency.

UV Resistant Elastomeric PU Waterproofing Coating

PENTENS T-200 is a newly developed polyurethane acrylic copolymer waterproofing coating offering a hardness and durability. It resists ageing from heat, sunlight and ozone. It has excellent gas impermeability and toughness, and remains flexible at low temperatures. It is a warranted roofing and tanking product.

Multi-function Water-resistant Bonding Agent

Pentens Latex-108 is an one-component, acrylic based liquid resin, mix with normal Portland cement or white cement, used as flexible adhesive, patching mortar, base coat and the water-resistant.
Pentens Latex-108 can only apply to sound, clean, dry, well prepared, frost-free surfaces. After mixing with cement, it may be used:

PENTENS T-305TH a two-component flexible cementitious waterproofing slurry, comprising ready packed powder (PENTENS T-305TH B) and resin (PENTENS T-305TH A). It can be applied to both concrete and mortar to prevent water ingress.

Crystalline Admixture Waterproofing

Waterproofing concrete structure is a universal problem. Indeed, water seepage and dampness, in spite of traditional methods is so widespread that many designers regard it as virtually impossible to achieve truly waterproofed concrete. This mainly is due to the following reasons:

Workable mixes require more water that is necessary for hydration which form capillaries and pores.
During mixing, some air is always entrapped in the concrete.
Chemical combination during the hydration reduces the absolute volume of the cement and water.

One Part Polyurethane

Pentens PU-300 is a one-part polyurethane hydrophobic PU grouting material, specially designed for concrete construction joints and cold joints. These unwanted openings in concrete structures may cause serious problems in water leakage. Most of these problems can be solved by utilising the PENTENS Pressure Injection Systems that has been proven to stop water leakage permanently. It also works for slabs on grade, construction or control joints, parking garages, manholes, tanks, dams and many other structures.
